Livestock received and individually tagged. Farm-of-origin documentation captured.
Animals held under veterinary supervision for mandatory observation period.
Live animal inspection by State Veterinarian. Only healthy animals proceed.
Certified halal slaughter under supervision of accredited halal authority.
Full carcass inspection. All products stamped with official veterinary mark.
Carcasses chilled immediately, maintained at precise temperatures.
Vacuum-packed, labelled, boxed and loaded with full documentation.
